Ghana, Togo and Benin Cultural Experience 2027

Three countries in twelve days, travelled overland and built around the Voodoo Festival at Ouidah in Benin, a living spiritual gathering of processions, drumming and masked Zangbeto dancers. The route takes in Ganvié, the stilt village on Lake Nokoué, Ouidah’s Sacred Forest and Door of No Return, the markets and galleries of Lomé in Togo, and the lagoon at Keta on Ghana’s Volta coast.
