Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official message) to be considered valid.
2. Refund Eligibility
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation of the cancellation request.
3. Cancellation Timeline
More than 14 days before the service date: Partial refund may apply, excluding the deposit.
7–14 days before the service date: 50% of the total amount paid may be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the company cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a stated period using the original payment method.
7. Policy Acceptance
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
